Assetic Status Page
The Assetic Status Page is an internal status page that gives customers a single source of truth to look for real-time status information, providing transparency about the platform and its updates to our customers.

The page provides information about scheduled maintenance, past incidents, and scheduled upgrades, enabling communication during scheduled maintenance or service disruptions.
Subscribe to Updates:
The Assetic Status Page provides an opt-in service to receive email notifications. Users who opt in will get automatically notified of any scheduled maintenance well in advance of it actually happening, as well as notifications in the event of any internal software issues.
To subscribe, select the 'Subscribe to Updates' button on the status page.
A new window pops up once clicked on, as shown below:
Enter the desired email address and select 'Subscribe Via Email'. Once subscribed, a pop-up message will display:
Once subscribed, an automated email will be sent to the email address entered, confirming the subscription.
To Unsubscribe, select the 'Unsubscribe' link in the confirmation email sent and a dialogue box appears as follows:
Select the 'Unsubscribe' button and the user will be taken to the Assetic Status page for confirmation. Once unsubscribed, an automated email will be sent confirming the action.
